Most people think angels are outside of them…
But the truth is:
angels are inside the body.
Not “winged beings.”
MESSENGERS.
And the body is built on messages.
That means if your “angels” are off…
your whole life starts moving off.
Mood
Motivation
Energy
Sleep
Confidence
Cravings
Fear
Peace
All of that is neurotransmitter activity.

ANGELS = NEUROTRANSMITTERS
They are chemical messengers that carry orders through your nervous system.
And if you don’t have enough…
or you have too much…
or you can’t use what you have…
Your “spiritual life” will feel blocked, heavy, anxious, depressed, or chaotic.
Not because you’re broken.
Because the system is out of balance.

Neurotransmitters are your internal angels.
They deliver the message of what state you’re supposed to be in.
And the body is a temple built on communication.
So when you regulate neurotransmitters…
You regulate:

ANGEL 1 — SEROTONIN
Serotonin = the angel of stability
Serotonin is your “I’m okay” chemical.
It’s the one that helps you feel:

steady

emotionally balanced

not easily triggered
When serotonin is low, you may feel:

depression / heaviness

Dopamine = the angel of drive
Dopamine is motivation.

When dopamine is low, you may feel:

When dopamine is too high or unstable:

Dopamine doesn’t mean you’re “lazy.”
It means your system is underpowered or overstimulated.
ANGEL 3 — GABA
GABA = the angel of peace
GABA is your brake pedal.
It calms:

panic responses
When GABA is low, you may feel:

Oxytocin doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It means your body knows what safety feels like.
ANGELS DON’T ONLY LIVE IN THE BRAIN
They live in the whole system:

heart

vagus nerve

fascia

blood chemistry
-
mineral balance
-
sleep cycles

oxygen delivery
So yes…
your “spiritual blocks” can literally be:

low oxygen

HOW YOU BALANCE THE ANGELS
This is the method:
1) Breath
Breath controls vagus nerve tone.
Vagus tone controls neurotransmitter balance.
2) Blood
If your blood is thick, acidic, or low oxygen…
your brain can’t run clean.
3) Nervous System
If your nervous system is locked in “fight or flight”…
your angels can’t deliver peace messages.
4) Sleep
Sleep is neurotransmitter repair mode.
5) Movement
Movement shakes the fascia, pumps lymph, and triggers endorphins.
THE “ANGEL RESET” (60 SECONDS)
Do this when your mind is loud:
Step 1: Inhale through nose — 4 seconds
Step 2: Hold — 2 seconds
Step 3: Exhale slow through mouth — 8 seconds
Step 4: Repeat 3 rounds
Then say:
“I don’t need motivation. I need regulation.”
FINAL RECEIPT
You’re not “listening to audio.”
You’re receiving a chemical instruction.
