EPISODE 2: KUNDALINI DECODED

Decode the system. Don’t worship the sensation.

Kundalini isn’t a story. It’s a process.

WHAT THIS LESSON IS

This episode breaks down Kundalini Rising as a real, observable system event—not a fantasy, not a trend, and not something you “force” for status.

When Kundalini rises, what you’re really experiencing is a shift in internal power, pressure, and signaling through the body—especially through the breath, spine, nervous system, and energy centers.

This lesson teaches you how to recognize it, understand it, and stabilize it.

WHAT YOU’RE REALLY LEARNING

By the end of this episode, you will understand:

  • why Kundalini feels like heat, vibration, emotion, or electricity

  • how breath and the diaphragm can trigger or calm it

  • why the spine becomes the main channel of sensation

  • how the nervous system reacts when energy increases

  • the difference between awakening and overload

  • how to stay grounded while the system upgrades

THE CORE PRINCIPLE

Kundalini is not a performance

It’s an internal process of activation + alignment + regulation.

If your system is rising but your foundation is weak, you won’t feel “enlightened.”
You’ll feel overwhelmed.

So the goal isn’t “more energy.”

The goal is:

more capacity.

THE TEACHING

Most people only understand Kundalini from the outside:

  • words

  • symbols

  • hype

  • fear

  • spiritual clout

But Kundalini is not outside.

It’s inside.

And when it rises, it doesn’t ask your permission.

It moves through what’s open…
and it presses against what’s blocked.

That’s why some people feel bliss.
And others feel panic.

Same force.
Different system readiness.

 WHAT KUNDALINI “FEELS LIKE

Kundalini Rising can show up as:

  • heat moving up the spine

  • tingling in the back, head, or crown

  • pressure in the forehead or center of the head

  • sudden emotional release (crying, rage, grief)

  • shaking or involuntary body movements

  • intense dreams or sleep shifts

  • heightened sensitivity to sound/light/people

  • deep stillness followed by surges

None of that automatically means “danger.”

It means:

your system is moving.

WHY THE SPINE BECOMES THE MAIN CHANNEL

The spine is not just bones.

It’s a signal highway.

It holds:

  • the spinal cord

  • the nerve roots

  • the body’s posture tension patterns

  • the survival bracing patterns

  • the communication line between brain and body

So when internal energy increases, the spine becomes the path of least resistance.

That’s why Kundalini is described as “rising.”

Because it often moves upward through the trunk:

  • tailbone area

  • lower back

  • mid back

  • neck

  • skull

BREATH IS THE TRIGGER SWITCH

Here’s the part most people miss:

Kundalini is heavily connected to breath mechanics.

Breath changes:

  • pressure

  • oxygen and CO₂ balance

  • nervous system tone

  • blood chemistry

  • vagus nerve signaling

So if your breathing shifts suddenly—especially into long holds, intense breathing, or forced patterns—you can trigger an energy surge.

That’s why breathwork can open doors…

…but it can also open doors too fast.

 THE DIAPHRAGM IS THE GATE

When the diaphragm is locked, the system is braced.

When the diaphragm opens, the system becomes fluid.

So Kundalini rising often appears when:

  • you finally start breathing deeper

  • you stop holding your belly in

  • you release chronic tension

  • you exhale longer

  • your body begins to trust safety

That’s why some awakenings happen during:

  • meditation

  • deep sleep

  • grief release

  • trauma healing

  • bodywork

  • fasting

  • breath training

It’s not “magic.”

It’s unlocking.

 WHY SOME PEOPLE PANIC

A nervous system that is used to control and bracing will interpret rising energy as a threat.

Because it feels like:

  • losing control

  • being “too open”

  • something moving inside you

  • your body doing things without your permission

So the mind calls it:

  • fear

  • danger

  • demonic

  • too much

  • “I’m going crazy”

But what’s really happening is:

Your capacity is being challenged.

Kundalini doesn’t only bring power.
It exposes weakness.

Not to shame you.

To rebuild you.

THE BOQ RULE

If you chase Kundalini, you’ll get symptoms.

If you stabilize your system, you’ll get upgrades.

This isn’t about chasing experiences.

It’s about becoming a vessel that can hold more truth, more energy, more clarity…
without collapsing.

WHAT’S NORMAL vs WHAT’S OVERLOAD

NORMAL (SYSTEM OPENING)

  • warmth

  • tingles

  • emotion release

  • deeper breathing

  • improved sleep after adjustment

  • increased clarity

OVERLOAD (SYSTEM TOO FAST)

  • insomnia for days

  • racing heart + panic loops

  • constant pressure with no relief

  • extreme sensitivity with no grounding

  • feeling scattered and unstable

If overload shows up, don’t fear it.

Just slow down.

TRY THIS TODAY (STABILIZE THE RISE)

DRILL 1 — “DOWNWARD BREATH” (2 minutes)

This is how you keep energy from shooting up uncontrollably.

  1. Sit tall

  2. Inhale through the nose (4 seconds)

  3. Exhale slowly (6–8 seconds)

  4. On every exhale, imagine the breath dropping down into the hips and legs

Do 6 rounds.

Goal: anchor the system downward.

DRILL 2 — SPINE CALM (Hands + Breath)

  1. Put one hand on your chest

  2. Put one hand on your belly

  3. Breathe low and slow

  4. Keep shoulders relaxed

  5. Long exhale every time

Do 10 breaths.

Goal: remind the body it is safe to open.

DRILL 3 — THE “CAPACITY BUILDER”

This trains your system to hold energy without panicking.

  1. Inhale 4

  2. Hold 2

  3. Exhale 6

  4. Pause 2
    Repeat 5 rounds.

Not intense.
Controlled.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR (SIGNS YOU’RE STABILIZING)

You’ll notice:

  • your spine feels taller

  • your breath gets quieter

  • your mind stops gripping

  • your body stops bracing

  • you feel more present, not more “high”

  • the energy becomes usable instead of chaotic

That’s the difference between awakening and overload.
